Who can submit photos?
The CVA Photo Contest is open to all. This includes CVA patrons, customers, employees, professionals, and community members who choose to showcase agriculture through vivid imagery. By entering the CVA Photo Contest you accept these terms and conditions.
*Children under the age of 16 - If you are under 16 years of age, you must have consent of legal guardian to participate in the CVA Photo Contest.
How many photos can I submit? Do I have to create a separate submission for each one?
You can submit up to 10 photos per individual. Each submission is a separate entry.
What types of files are accepted?
We encourage you to submit high-resolution images in either a JPEG or PNG format up to 2MB.

What’s in it for me?
Three winning photos will be selected from each category by a panel of judges, as well as a People’s Choice award, and will receive $100 cash gift cards. All submissions will be shared on Social Media as a part of the “People’s Choice” award selection. We encourage you to share, tag and like your photo!
People’s Choice Scoring?
Once submitted, your photo will be placed in the “CVA Photo Contest” Album on our Central Valley Ag Facebook page within the next business day. Likes, comments and shares will each be worth one point. The photo from the album with the most combined points will be the winner of the People’s Choice award. We encourage you to find your photo and share it among your own friends and followers!
ENTRY CONDITIONS
All entries must be uploaded through this webpage: https://www.cvacoop.com/cva-photo-contest and follow the on-screen instructions. Entrants can only submit photos taken by themselves. Entrants must create a separate entry for each photo submitted. Entrants must complete all required submission fields. Entrants may enter a limit of 10 photo submissions, one entry at a time. There is no time or date restriction on when the image was taken. Entrants must be the actual photographer of the photo.
FILES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS:
File type: JPEGs or PNG (up to 20MB each).
Minimum file size requirements: 2,000 pixels on the longest edge.
No watermarks, copyright marks, logos, borders, text or signatures can appear on submitted photographs.
Copyrights: By submitting images to this competition, you certify that you have all rights to these photographs and that you grant Central Valley Ag permission to use these images in promotional materials, including but not limited to print, website and social media.
Prizes: Four winners will be presented a monetary award. One People’s Choice award will be given for the single most photo that is liked, shared and/or commented on via the social media platform, Facebook. Three more winners will be selected by a panel of judges based the three categories: "Beauty in Agriculture," "Generations on the Farm," and "Working in Acres." Winners will receive a $100 CVA Visa gift card and special placement in select print and online publications, including:

Brochures, postcards and other materials
Judging: Entries will be judged by a panel of judges. The decisions of the judges are final. Prizes and rewards are subject to change without notice and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
