Central Valley Ag (CVA) cooperative is proud to announce a donation of $2,688.15 to the Nebraska FFA Foundation, bolstering the foundation's initiatives to grow leaders, build communities, and create career connections for over 12,000 FFA members and their advisors across the state. This donation stems from CVA's National FFA Week Fuel campaign, where the cooperative pledged to donate 5 cents per gallon for every gallon of fuel purchased at CVA fuel locations with a CVA fuel card during the National FFA Week.
"As FFA continues to grow the next generation of agricultural leaders, CVA is honored to support their mission," said Jeff Ingalls, Senior Vice President of Energy at CVA. "By fueling this journey, we're investing in the future of agriculture and the students who lead it."
CVA's contribution was presented to the Nebraska FFA Foundation during the Nebraska State FFA Convention held April 2-4 in Lincoln, Neb. The Nebraska State FFA Convention provides students with opportunities to compete in career development events, engage with industry professionals, and expand their knowledge of agriculture.
Stacey Agnew, Executive Director of the Nebraska FFA Foundation, expressed appreciation for CVA's commitment: "CVA's support through the National FFA Week fuel campaign helps Nebraska FFA members grow as leaders, build strong communities, and develop career connections. We are grateful for this partnership and the impact it has on our students."
